Our Story

A family farm rooted in Three Rivers, Texas

It Started With a Health Journey

Our story began with a health journey. We wanted the cleanest, most natural eggs for our family, which led us to raising our own hens. We started with just 6 White Leghorns to teach my daughter, Olivia, about responsibility and leadership. Today, that lesson has grown into Olivia's Fresh Eggs.

5 Acres of Freedom

Our chickens are never caged. They roam freely across 5 acres of land in Three Rivers, Texas, which gives our eggs a rich, natural flavor and deep orange yolks you can't find in stores. Olivia now manages a diverse flock of over 50 birds, including her original Leghorns, Barred Rocks, and specialty breeds like Starlight Green Eggers, Olive Eggers, Easter Eggers, and Marans.

This variety is why our cartons are filled with a beautiful mix of white, brown, blue, and green eggs.

The Farm Is Her Classroom

Guarded by our protective Brown African geese, our farm is Olivia's classroom. Managing a 5-acre free-range operation has taught her to think outside the box and solve real-world problems. When you buy from us, you aren't just getting the best eggs in the community — you are supporting a young entrepreneur's journey to becoming a confident leader.

We let them roam, and we let her grow.
